What motivates you?

If you have started training recently you must have started for a reason.

The reasons most people tell you are "I just wanted to lose a few pounds" these people will not put 100% into losing the weight as they don't care enough about it.

Good reasons to workout include;
"I wanted to be able to run around and play with my son/daughter"
"I hated the way I looked in the mirror"
"I realised my health was suffering from carrying the extra weight"

The one underlying thing behind all these reasons is fear.

You fear not being able to run around with your children.
You fear looking the way you did
You fear the doctor not being able to treat you because you're too fat.

Fear is what motivates us, I certainly know it motivates me.

Sometimes you even fear going to the gym as you know you are pushing your body to it's limits and it'll hurt, or you fear going for that training run as you hit a PB last time out and you feel groggy.

Thrive off that fear, and one day you will fear no more.
