Client Testimonial - Adam Teare

I have been working out pretty consistently since the age of 19. Now at 24, I thought I had a pretty extensive knowledge of the gym, how to get the most out of my workouts both in terms of achieving my goals and how to go about it. 

This was only until 8 weeks ago when I decided to let Paul take me under his wing and train me. I have since realised how stale the knowledge that I had was, and how I was seriously underachieving in my lifts. 

Not only does he push you right to the limits each time you are in the gym, but he knows where those limits are and what each individual is capable of. 

My personal goals were to purely pack on some weight and size before heading over to New Zealand to play rugby, and having a fast metabolism this is something I have always struggled with. With Paul's diet tips and routine of what I need to eat and when, I have successfully put on 7 pounds of lean muscle in 8 weeks; an inch added to my biceps, 2 inches on the chest and 3.5 inches on my quads. My lifts have massively improved -in some cases +75kg on what I thought was my one rep max. 

I can honestly say without Paul pushing and guiding me through these past 8 weeks, none of this would of been possible. I am easily in the best shape of my life, not only ascetically but also purely from a strength and power point of view. 

I would 100% recommend Paul. Even if you have been in the gym years it proves that there is always something to be learnt and if not, I couldn't think of someone better to start your training journey with!
