DIY Protein Mousse

So, I may have just stumbled upon the tastiest, yet healthiest dessert money can buy.

A bit of background info;
I am going away in 4 weeks and have been dieting down to get myself into good shape and cut bodyfat.
Cottage cheese before bed has long been a staple in the diet of competitive bodybuilders, so I have indeed encorporated it into my diet plan.
Having craved something sweet all day I decided to simply blend a scoop of whey in with the cottage cheese.

All I'm saying is, if you have a good tasting protein, this is something you must try! Currently I'm using Go Nutrition Whey Protein 80 Blueberry Cheesecake flavour, and it tasted incredible!

Place 100g cottage cheese and one 25g scoop whey protein in a blender.
