Welcome

After months of deliberation I have decided to start a new blog.
The aim of this blog will be to advise on all aspects of fitness and in time become somewhat of a fitness bible. Whether it is demonstrations, workouts, product reviews or my opinions on popular issues of the time this will be the place to come for helpful advice.
